Information we collect
When you call, WhatsApp, or request a quote, we may receive your name, phone number, pickup area or live location pin, vehicle details, destination, photos you send, and any other details needed to quote or arrange the tow.
How we use it
- To respond to your towing enquiry.
- To prepare or request a quote.
- To connect you with an available towing operator where appropriate.
- To keep a record of the request for service, safety, billing, or dispute handling.
Sharing with towing operators
If you request help, your details may be shared with one or more relevant towing operators so they can quote, contact you, collect the vehicle, or complete the transport. You decide whether to accept a quote and proceed.
WhatsApp and phone calls
WhatsApp messages and phone calls are handled through the relevant telecoms and WhatsApp services. Their own privacy terms may also apply.
Retention
